Virginia House Joint Resolution No. 5172
On October 26, 2014, Delegate Kaye Kory presented AASuccess with House Joint Resolution No. 5172 on behalf of the Virginia General Assembly. The resolution commends AASuccess for helping Asian American students in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, and for its dedication to serving the community and empowering students to become responsible citizens and leaders.

On June 8, 2014, the Hepatitis B Initiative of DC (HBI-DC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that fights hepatitis B and C in at-risk communities, honored AASuccess with its Partnership Award.

On January 29, 2014, AASuccess was honored with recognition and a grant from the Cherry Blossom Giving Circle, a group of Washington, D.C.-area philanthropists who back nonprofits improving the lives of people in need in the Asian American and Pacific Islander community.

2021 Riot Games Social Impact Fund Grantee
To launch its first television series, Arcane, Riot Games held a global celebration, RiotX Arcane, and honored nonprofits doing inspiring work around the world. AASuccess was selected from 19,000 nominations for our work providing quality education to young people in the U.S. and in Vietnam.

2021 AAPI Racial Justice Grantee
AASuccess was one of 24 organizations awarded in the Foley Hoag Foundation's special Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) racial justice grant round. The round, made possible by a gift from Foley Hoag LLP, addresses the increased racism, xenophobia and bigotry directed at the AAPI community.
